“When we didn’t know the answer so we made a guess and got it right.”

“The community, whether it be the supportive competitors or coaches, there’s always a spot for me.”

“Laughing over crazy pulls and funny answers! Bonding with friends is so fun in KB.”

“Making friends and meeting people with similar interests.”

“Placing at two meets!”

When asked “What tips would you give to a first-time KB player?”, students said…

Four students sit around a table with snacks, collaborating on a quiz in a busy cafeteria.

“Buzz often. Buzz fast.”

“It’s not always bad if you lose, think of all that you’ve learned and how that can apply to your future success.”

“Focus on teamwork over anything.”

“Just have fun with it. This is a super fun activity, and I recommend going all in, not just halfway.”
