SparkPath’s Volunteer of the Year
At the end of each school year, the SparkPath staff votes for an outstanding volunteer who goes above and beyond to support our organization. These volunteers have spread the word about SparkPath, helped create lasting partnerships, presented or volunteered at events, and more!
2021-2022 Volunteer of the Year:
Joanne Kennedy is our longest-serving “Red Shirt” Volunteer and dear friend of SparkPath. For the past 20+ years, you’ve likely seen her stationed at the headquarters table checking in presenters and answering hundreds of “Where’s the bathroom?” questions from students and teachers. Not only is she willing to join us for every field trip at 6:30 am, she even brings us homemade sweets.
